I build reserce and im noneagressive I will only farm planits when they are none active and I want to join for safty so if any one attacks me I cane get help and my colony is rapidly growin cords are 1:56:6

Well idk how my fellows think but as for me i don't think we are a refugy camp, we are just a alliance of people who support eachother if possible.
To ask help maybe you should open a topic on ogame forum and ask for support of NAP off all people maybe the will assist you and not attack you but i don't think they will listen but you can try.
But maybe it's even better to not play :-) then they also cannot attack you :-)

Same for me on this one.

If you ARE getting attacked it is for one of 3 reasons. You are
profitable, this is bad gameplay. You have upset someone, usually bad
manners. Or you are genuinely unlucky and have a "basher" near to you.
If you are getting hit by various players after getting probed you are
profitable.
In Cov, we are experienced players who have learned the game and
built our accounts, and though we willingly defend each other, we do
not throw fleet away protecting those who don't look after their
accounts.
If really want to join us, sort out your problems first. Become
unprofitable. If you don't know how, PM me ingame and I'll tell you
anything you need to do this. Send me CR's. Tell am of any PM's you
sent to your attackers. I will advise if you will listen.
I have been hit once in Uni 23, and this was my own mistake..
